2.  Account requirements and responsibilities 

To access JubiERP's services, it is essential that users are over the age of sixteen. JubiERP reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts based on the inaccuracy or falseness of the provided information. Account security and confidentiality rest with the user, who must ensure the proper protection of their login data.

4. Payment policy and access 

JubiERP's services are billed in advance and are non-refundable. To make payments, users must have a valid bank card. In cases of non-payment, JubiERP will proceed to suspend access to the service, and user data will be deleted 30 days after the payment due date.

5. Service and price modifications 

JubiERP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time.
